My friend stopped by with the Valiant Convert I sold him about two years ago. It was a solid car but he has done a lot of work to it, he's rechromed the tail lights and other pot metal parts, had the body media blasted and painted, re-done the engine compartment and trunk area plus the...
For my '66 Valiant I need the auto trans shifter "torque shaft" for a steering column shifter. This is probably a one year only part. I'm hoping someone upgraded their '66 Barracuda, Valiant or Dart.

I like the barter idea but you both should understand exactly what the other thinks the deal is. This could work out really great for both of you, but there's a lot involed such as the qualit of materials and work done, plus the time you might expect it to be done, I wouldn't transfer title...

I agree that it is a bit irritating to go check out a car and immediately know it's not a "real" or wasn't originally a 340 or a Formula S. But I think there is a difference between what someone does to their car and when someone is selling one. First, I think we can agree that someone can...
Very nice video and really cool car.
It sounds awesome.
I too had to get the snow blower out this morning!

PS WD40 isn't a lubricant, it's good stuff for the hinges I like "SuperLube" because it has teflon in it.
In the back of my '66 Dart shop manual they have paint codes for interior stuff, of course it's now 43 years old but a good paint shop should be able to help.
Then there's always MoPaint, i've tried the black they have for my '66 and it looked really good.
Merry Christmas and Happy...
