I'm just checking to see if anyone knows if my old 73 Duster 340 4 speed is still in existence. Vin # vs29h3b263358. Ordered when in the Netherlands and sold in Warner Robins Ga. Thanks Wayne57
The clutch shaft bushings should be the small size for the normal clutch or the large for the heavy duty clutch. Everyone seems to have those even Autozone and O'Reilys. It is the brake shaft bushings that have the 0.810 diameter size. Why no one will reproduce such a simple part I don't...
Good luck on finding this size bushing. I had the same problem and from my research it seems three different size bushings were made. One is smaller than the 0.810 and one size larger. I contacted several people who said they had this bushing but after buying and having it shipped it was always...
I need the lower control arms for a 74 duster with swaybar tabs if possible and a v8 k-member. Also need an automatic brake pedal assembly or just a good pair of pedal bushings, the .800 diameter size. Would like to get parts close to Memphis,Tn. if possible to help save on shipping...
Well still no luck on bushings. Brewers has the large and small, but none my size. smsmopar gave me another part number but the inner diameter is only 0.750 and my pin od is 0.810. Has anyone else had this problem or am I the only one who has had these bushings wear out with this size clevis...
The pin O.D is .810 and the brake pedal I.D is .870 +- .001. To use a smaller pin the brake pedal and the pedal support bracket would all have to have metal bushings made. I'm thinking about buying the large ones from Brewers, and tryiny to cut them down. Then use a heat gun to reshape.
