Do torque boxes help with stiffening up an a body very much at all? And does anyone have pics of them installed. And are they easy to be fabricated

Lots of performance cars and every vert came with torque boxes from the factory. That should be a clue. What a trorque box does is tie the end of the frame rail to the rocker rail. More or less a composition subframe connecter although not the same straight line.

I would say yes to the first part of your question. My convertible has them, and so did my Hemi Road Runner.

I think someone is reproducing them, but not aware of anyone making their own.

...........Riddler was selling some....................kim.....

I've been selling rear spring relocation boxes. Not torque boxes. I do have plans to make some but I have to develop some patterns off my Duster and take them in and have them done.

Most likely won't make many for the masses.
