If u can make one for a 68 dart frame then i'm in too. do you have pics or some sort of drawing/layout of the design your thinking of?

Awesome news mark. Text me some details. I really wanted a full dash but I guess I'll settle.

Ill text you to ask more questions.

Yay for RMD Dashes.

I'm going to shy away from the truly custom ones for a time, until the process is running along.

The dash Preston has in his car:

will be the style I'll make in the long version first. That was the most popular.

I still have to confirm pricing, and I'll be operating under the Peak Dashes name.

Thanks for the support.

So are you the owned of the RMD just under a different name now?also will the 1st dash you will be making fit my 68 dart? It has the long guage cluster.

Mike and I had the business together and I've decided to re-start. In all honesty, Mike was always the designer.

He's good to have as a brother!

Like I said Mark, I'm on board since I've been bothering you in the summer. I'm just glad the squeaky wheel is getting the oil.

Peak Dashes. Great name.

Glad to see the product coming back to market.
I got one of the last RMD dashes manufactured and have been guarding it like gold. It's still scheduled to go in my '69 Dart as soon as my project gets to the correct point.

Question, if you guys do all custom gauges what happens with all the original wiring? What should be done with it? especially the amp meter wires please this would help when getting one of these.

What are they going to look like?
You can get these in brushed aluminum look, carbon fiber look, or black $130.00:

I bought one of these a couple of years ago. It starts out as a flat piece of hard plastic just under 1/8". Once it pressed in the die the main dash piese is about 1/16" and the place where the headlight and wiper switch go are paper thin. Didn't trust it so I built a aluminum plate to match all the holes for the gauges and switches. It is about 1/16" but sturdy.
Now that I see this I may change my idea of my interior.

When you say the short section are you talking about everything but the glove box? or is it just the gauge pod and not the heater/radio section. In your example it shows it in two pieces. Just making sure for your first entry states the the size and qty of gauges but nothing about the heater control or radio.
If the ones your making now come with the heater/radio on it I am very interested. How long before you start making he glove boxes? I would like to get the whol dash. How much will the glove box portion be?
Thanks a lot and good luck with this idea. I know a lot of people are looking forward to something like this back on the market.
