Sorry guys I went and bought a Chebbie! 1997 Blazer 4WD off an Estate Sale for $1800.00 bucks couldn't let it go by. 120,000 original miles, 1 owner. I got all the maintenance paperwork and it came with 4 new Michelins with less than 1000 miles on them Extremely Clean ride. What do you think

Lookalike a nice clean ride. Nice find!

From the looks of the paint, it appears to have spent much of its life in a garage. For $1800.00 if you drive it for a year and then throw it away and you'd still be ahead money.

That's a good score, hell for that kind of money I might even drive a Ford. ;)

Regards,

Joe Dokes

That thing has 225000 miles left on it, although it won't get 38 mpg. You could always flip it.

Looks good to me, cheap transportation for sure.
You can' lose on a deal like that, even if you don't like it, flip it and make some $$$$.

I think I have done lots of ball joints in them... they are also kinda loud (inside) going down the road

Paid $700 for my 03 s10 crew cab 4x4 with 117,000 miles, got it from a buddy of mines uncle. He thought it was blown up cause he couldn't get it started. After a day of diagnosing it and a little bit of work. I drove it past his house laughing yelling PLUGGED CAT HAHAHAHA. Simple fix and has been a damn good vehicle!.

Chevy or not, a good deal is a good deal. Congrats on the score!.

Here some pics I found of mine from a couple months ago when I was taking the duster in for paint.

Wow i need a deal like that. I just took my second valiant completley apart drove home and my truck motor went kaput from crappy BP Rickers and the suv. I dont keep gas receipts and pay cash so iam screwed on truck. They sold a bunch of contaminated gas here in Indiana. Iam glad she used her debit to buy her gas it blew the plugs coil packs and O2 sensor and messed with injection. My truck blew second cylinder carb and everythng else connected. Needless to say Iam pissed. Great find dont buy bp gas ever

The Blazer spent most of it's life in North Carolina around Wilmington so the bodys not hurt! I just plan to use it to pull a trailer for runs to Lowes and things of that nature.
