Anyone know where to find those little tiny nuts that hold the console top on? I don't know what you would call them but they go on those threaded pins and keep the console top held down to the console frame. Thanks.

Yup, hardware store thread cutting nuts.
Some of the hardware that the mfgrs use is special. Speedy nuts for pot metal plastic posts with unconventional thread cutting ( like 3 to 6 t.p.i. ) is just one example.
We can substitute those with standard hardware in some applications.
The smaller pot metal posts at the shifter bezel are easier to break off than the larger ones at console top plates even when using the correct hardware.
