Nice looking car, it would be hard to build that car for the money.
I would pay attention to where the rear 1/4 were welded on, they are 1/2 not full 1/4 panels.
Also look at the underneath of the seams on the trunk lip with a small mirror.
It looks like there is rust on the underside between the trunk seal and the original 1/4. Hard to tell from the pictures.

I like it, never saw a lite blue 67. Good luck

The chebby in the background concerns me.... Lol

Only other things I notice are (1) I'd change the wheels. (2) is that rust or just dirt under the spare tire hold down bracket thingy?

1) You and me both
2) Looks like dirt from the spare tire
3) Is it me or is that a '68 Dart hood

Nice looking car. Looks like someone did good job. Like someone else said, pay attention to how those quarter panels were installed, looks like they overlapped the panels up toward the top and check around the wheel well and trunk drop downs for craftsmanship. Overlap will bother purists but if done correctly (not too much overlap) it will hold up over time. Some people panel bond the quarters on which is not bad if done correctly. Pay attention closely to underneath floor pans or have them pop a seat out and pull carpet back. Do they have resto pictures? But based on outside body, eng comparment, trunk floor, and interior it looks like a well done car. Make sure engine is quiet and no leaks in trans, rear main, rear axle. Look over brake lines and fuel lines and gas tank. Check all guages. Looks like a chevy radiator in there no big deal. And yeah, no way you could build that car anywhere near that asking price. I like that car.

I love it! But my concern....you do a rotisserie job and yet you do not plug all the holes under the hood. I counted 14 in the one picture. It won't effect anything but my question is why? It takes away from all the nice work done. And the little bit of rust under the spare tire hold down. All in all....It is a sharp car.

Different wheels and chrome exhaust tips that car would be pretty awesome looking....

Holes under the hood? The only ones I see a factory for a insulation pad. I do see a few on the inner fenders and firewall, but most look like factory also. I did notice it is missing the data plate on the drivers inner fender and one of the holes looks enlarged or pulled out. I would ask about the build sheet, and check the last 5 or 6 # of the serial # and compare to the # stamped on the radiator support. Either way it looks like a nice car. Buy it, drive it, enjoy it.

Ok I will list all the bad parts of the car the owner told me about.

Mainly it's the trim. The trim between the tail lights wasn't professionally redone. He just slapped the old one back on. I can understand that, trying to find one restored is impossible and getting it restored 100% is VERY costly.

There are a few nicks and scratches on the dash. I'm not going to whine about that either. My point was I wanted a car that had no body issues I'd have to deal with for awhile and no mechanical issues to deal with for awhile.

I agree it is a real nice looking car.
On the holes I guess it is a factory AC car that removed, maybe the previous owner was planing to put the AC back in and did not get around to it.
Regardless if I owned it, I would move the heater hoses to keep heat off the carb.

Crap, I just noticed you said hood, I was looking at the passenger inner fender

I really like the car but I would change the heater hoses before I drove it home not that it matters but I would never use that red hose on my mopars it looks like f#$%k .

I love 67s and that is really nice looking, love the color. Looks really clean overall. A few small details I think are worth mentioning for that kind of $...

Its missing the dart GT emblems from the door panels, the console is the wrong yr (woodgrain) and somebody else mentioned the hood, (thats a 69 bagde I believe), and I would say look close at the fender mount turn signals, they are supposed to go with an entire chrome strip, and there may be a big gap at the rear of the signal without it.

Its a very high end hobby car, and very nice color combo, and overall craftsmanship looks very good. If you like it make an offer that you feel comfortable with.

Have a local non biased buddy ,do the ride along & ask the questions. You are attached to this car(I like it ,too!), you need someone who is not biased to look at it. Sweet car,do your work.

Yes I noticed the console (wood grain). Annoying but not a big concern.

Did NOT notice the missing chrome leading to the turn signals! Hated that chrome anyways but good point. Looking at the larger pictures it looks as though there are no big holes in the end.

Noticed the hood, not too worried about it. Always wanted a GTS style hood or maybe a working scoop. Dunno yet.

Good eye on the GT emblems on the door panels. Missed that!

Red Heater hoses are a given. I'd be changing those and the air cleaner to match the valve covers.

And yes I noticed the missing Fender Data tag.

They guy is asking $21,500 and I made an offer of $17,000 cash if I liked the car in person. We'll see what he says!
