Saw that on Facebook. Reeeeeediculous! Diesel is more and more a viable option these days.
 
That looked like the worlds slowest drag race. No thanks, thats like Jet cars to me.. Boring! Although I condone it just for the fact that tree huggers probably hate it! LOL

I gotta say, with all the soot, smoke and dirt, I don't relish being at a "diesel" race, fast or slow.
 
Love the smell of diesel, and the newer ones are capable of crazy numbers( over 500hp,and 1000ft-lb isn't unusually), and they get 20mpg.....while hauling.

it is because of the way it is posted, the video starts 3 minutes in
move the cursor to the beginning and it will play the whole thing

Ok, much more impressive now that I've watched the actual video.. Makes me wonder how many RPM's they are turning at the top end?
