by now some of you will know I don't do stock with my trims.....I'm not a fan of the painted door tops on A bodies so I made full lenght door panels

I started by tapeing up the door tops to mould a fibreglass cap

I then bonded it to the panel while inplace on the door

I then started on the armrests and door pockets.....I used 1/2" MDF for the frames

I again used Urethane foam for the sections that are to be shaped

that's about all I have time to post right now so....to be continued!!

Perfect timing... I just started working on the same thing and could use some " how to" guidance since I've never tried this before..... so I'll be following along closely.
