Anyone know of a good cast iron welder ? I am in the Vancouver BC area. Prefer not to ship it out.

I think you'll be hardpressed to find a welder that will garantee the weld will hold.
I would use a thick large(r) washer under the bolt and see if it will install without leaks.
Might want to double up on the gaskets perhaps too.
 
Looks like a god reason to buy pretty set of TTI headers
 
Thats actually an easy fix with a spray welding system. Have fixed many way worse than that.
 
When I was farming some of the old timers used to braze cast together with very good results. I have used a nickle arc rod on cast ( I do not remember the specific rod) with good results. Both were pretty visible though, but once tarnished the brazing was less visible.

Thanks Yote. I thought about brazing and some of the feedback was the joint may not be strong enough. I will find a way.
