Anyone done it? I found some 2013 Dodge Challenger buckets with brackets, will they work in a Duster? Pictures??

thanks,

I’ll have to look and see how my Challenger buckets are mounted but the worst case is some brain work. Perhaps drill a few holes? Make a bracket? Cut up some box tube/angle iron?

thanks, found a nice set of black buckets with brackets and all, for 300 bucks. I would like to put them in one of my Dusters, means they both need the front bench redone.

I can’t remember exactly what these seat cams from. 2000 Chrysler Concorde, ‘99 Intrepid....

Scroll down on page 6 and you can kind of see what I did in post 140/141.

Geezz it’s been awhile. I should do another one...

I put buckets from a 76 d300 truck into a 48 Plymouth. Nothing lined up at all, but I mocked it up and made it work. Anything can be done to these cars if you have access to a decent shop and use some common sense. I’m on the look out for some srt8 seats for my dart, I love the ones in my magnum... much more comfy than the bench.

I was working toward 2013 Dart seats in my 69 Dart GT, problem was passenger side bracketing would not fit within the hump and outer rails since the hump is not centered.

Went back to original seats.

I was thinking about putting newer challenger seats in my Duster...keep us posted on how this works.

Yeah, they'll fit with a little work.
Take a look at what one of our Inland Mopars club members did...essentially put a 1970 Cuda body on a 2012 Challenger R/T chassis and interior. And everything from the Challenger R/T works.
It's a beautiful car that usually goes overlooked at most shows because people think it's just a Gen 3 Hemi in an old car. They don't get down and look underneath at the suspension or even take a look at the complete 2012 interior.

If they don't fit, I have a red 1985 chevy truck bench seat I would give you. That would get you rolling and it is a color match with the blue body for the flag if you put whitewalls on it.

I had originally planned to put Challenger seats in my Duster but my current plan is to get BMW convertible seats that have the seatbelt built into the seat.
