First of all i would like to thank you for all of your input on the dash.I have to answer some questions that was raised.I am going to finish the dash.dartboy69 I have a barracuda not a dart.wishforhemi it dosn,t matter to me if the dash is reproduced or not.I am not a numbers guy and I like little changes but kinda keep the stock look.Georgegerhard I am running a viper 6speed trans so the speedometer is electronic.Kocuda once again we must think alike.Your dash gages are just what I want my gages to look like.I like it.The only thing is that I am going to keep my heater and a/c controls.A/C is going into the car.Ptdartfreak NO I can,t sell the dash to you HA HA.But I have two rally dashes that I am going to put on sale hear before the week is out.One is a 68 and the other one is a 70 dash.4spdragtop the aftermarket don,t make a rally dash that is custom. The only one that had a custom dash was rocky mountain dash and they went out of business. The people that have them for sale want a to much money for them so it puts me in a position to cut mine up. SuperT.{I say cut whatever you want as long as the end result is done well} Well said. Thanks to everyone for you inputs I will take more pictures when the other gages come in.Gauges are in.Hear are some more pictures of the dash. Thanks I don,t know if I am going to send the bezel out to get redone.I might do it myself. Mark

Looks nice but what are you doing for oil press/ temp?

I do some rally dash customizing too. Notice that exposed at right end ( I called "fish poop" ) is gone.
I figured out how to backlight [ LIGHTS ] [ WIPERS ] and [ HAZARD ] but there wasn't enough interest to produce it. I guess they don't drive 'em in the dark often enough. Laying the custom made appliques is a heck of a lot easier than painting those letters though.

Where did you get that bad *** steering wheel

If asking about the appliques I pictured... You might be shocked to learn what I invested in those. They aren't vinyl decals.
I also paid the graphics and printing for the 68 through 71 heat only climate controllers, but couldn't afford the precision cutting at that time. The slots in those vastly increased the cost of cutting. So that printing shipped to me in as full sheet. My plan was ship back for cutting.
Then the aftermarket ( IVRs, gauges, etc... ) killed my source of income to invest in other projects.

Steering wheel from ebay. Searched burlwood wheel for weeks then outbid on the one I REALLLY REALLY wanted. I'm happy with it, glad you like it, not everyone does. Anyway... Shortening the signal wand wasn't a biggie. The hard part was finding the 1" chrysler to momo spacer adapter. Aftermarket wasn't as saturated with "stuff" 10 yrs ago. Google search would likely find any adapter you want today.

I would need 25 shipped for those 3 little pieces and you would still need the exacto/hobby knife to shave away the OEM raised plastic letters and you would still have the climate controller to deal with.
