Seat cover thing

Hello Everybody,
Silly question time. Can someone please tell me what this plastic cover thing at the base of the seat is called? I have a bench seat in my 68 Valiant and it covers the seat latch mechanism at the base of the seat on both sides.
And then can anyone tell me if they are being reproduced and sold by anyone?

They do re-pop them for many Mopars but some don't fit well. Order with caution if you do.
