..who have experience with these pads?
..are they a real world improvement?

I used them on my 06 charger srt8 they squeal at the beginning but them they stop really good, plus last a pretty good long time. I like them and will be upgrading to them on my new 67 dart after I go through the current sets. I think that they stop better compared to other types, they give you a bedding process you need to follow, but again they will squeal for a bit upon braking

I use the red ones on my Barracuda and Honda. They make a lot of dust and do squeal a little but they do stop very well. I like them and would recommend them.

I have the EBC red stuff brakes on both front and rear on my daily driver. Best damn brake pads I've ever used! They do produce a lot of dust during the wearing/bedding period but after that close to nothing.

I'm using green stuff on my 69 fish. They stop well but I am not certain they justify the high-end price.

hi price ...that's why i was asking.
better stopping and easy on rotors depending on which you get and that would take a lot of miles to judge.

I was in Bangor a couple months ago and was told they were not available for our cars.
Contacted the company directly and got the same answer.
Somebody is not telling the truth or they just do not want to do a little snooping.

Here is the part number, I got them off Amazon. They had the best price. Now these are for 73-75 rotors. I see you have Dart, did you upgrade the front brakes?

that's a fair price if they do what they claim.
..the Kelsey Hayes 4 piston rotors are not thick and i was wondering if their claim to be easy on the rotors was true?

i have the red on my mustang. i called them and thats what they recommended. they also said they were were low dust. they stop a lot better then whatever was on there but the dust is anything but low dust.

i have heard the dust problem but it is supposed to stop after break in which can take 1500 km?

thats what they told me.. dust will die down after 500 miles.. my ***... its not as bad as the first 200 miles but there is still a ton of dust..

Reviving an old thread...
Do folks still stick with EBC red for OEM front disks?

I put Green Stuff pads and EBC rotors on my truck and they have been fantastic. I tend to be hard on brakes. The stockers are terrible and were done at 10K. I've got 55K on the EBC parts and they are going strong. Green are quiet, relatively low dust, and last well with good pedal feel. I think the Yellow and Red are more performance oriented and may want some heat in the pad before they give their best, but they'll be a bit noisier

I used up a set of Yellow EBCs on my Dart. Daily driven.
Plenty of dust, dig into rotors, braking 'bite' is much better.
In the end I removed the front residual valve in my brake system as I found the front wheels were tight to turn. After the removal of the valve mileage rose about 1 mpg.
This sure didn't help their longevity.

Have them on all of my cars, have the green stuff on the Jap cars and red stuff on my Duster they work great however they are a bit dusty

There's no one size fits all.
Still looking for original edge codes.
