I’m new here! Checking out everything, and loving the information on FABO. I have a ‘67 Barracuda notch, and I’m switching from column to console shift. I found bucket seats at a swap meet, and also the early A body console and shifter. Problem is I don’t have the brackets for attaching the console OR the shifter...might anyone have them for sale or have templates i can get so I can fabricate them and measurements for installing them? Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

These pics that I've posted are all from a 66 Barracuda, but that won't matter as the consoles are the same. Mine is a 4 speed, so the the center bracket is not used, but it will be most important to you. The second batch of pics all follow the chart, I found that most helpful.

My suggestion would be to locate the middle shifter bracket well and use it to place the other two . I made the two end ones myself. You can do this.

Do you happen to remember how you made the two end brackets? I found another member on here who has the shifter bracket for a good price. I was going to order from AMD but i don’t think they separate the bundle of brackets. If I can just fabricate the end brackets I’ll just buy the shifter bracket from Don. Do you have a template for them or did you just kind of free hand make them?

Automatic requires a shifter stand mounted between 2 console attach brackets. Those are the same brackets for manual trans application. AMD does offer the console brackets without the automatic shifter stand.

Thank you sir! I appreciate your time and expertise.
