almost 3 years to the day my now wife told me my car needs more than a quick paint job. I can not calculate the cost or do I want to. I roughly have 3,000hrs and more parts cars in memory than I want to admit.
More eBay and other company part purchases.

I also want to thank everyone directly and I directly here on this board for their help with my questions and their crazy answers.
Every nut and bolt has been off and replaced with factory new or rebuilt or rechromed or parts the car did not come with.
FI tech fuel injection Disk brakes, ac and more. But all looking “period correct” for 66.
Crap! I’m going to miss my alignment appointment!

I need to wash her and shine up those brand new red lines and rims and post some better pictures. Interior is all redone as well. I’m amazed how this car came out. Especially since I’ve never really liked the car since I bought it back in 1989.
 
Joe, your project has been on my radar for a while. I don’t know if you have a rebuild link or not, but would love to see where you started and how you got to the finished project.

I like them little red stripe tires. Those are cool. They fit in very well with the European offset stripe.

Clifftt- no links just a lot of photos in my phone. Lol! So far 200miles in my “shake down weekend.” Car s running good I just have to keep backing off the idle as the engine loosens up it idles higher. She’s had about 100 pictures taken of it everywhere I park it. No idea where to dump the photos to share. BUT I do have a list of where not to buy parts from and what parts to rebuild vs. buying new because I’ve found the new is garbage. If you know where to do a “build page” let me know. I’m open to I just don’t like to brag. Thanks! Joe

Thanks RRR,
The car is a original factory striped car- I found the remainder of them when the front and rear windows came out. But with everyone putting the factory stripes on these early barracuda’s. I decided to go a bit different. I drew up a few cars with stripes before paint and planned it out. Very happy with the stripe. Plus my fender tag shows the code for red stripe silver car. The redline tires just tie it all together for the period, thank you for the compliment.
