Rear end lift...Need some input

So my Demon has air shocks at 70psi but i think its just too stiff. I have put all new bushings in rear suspension, original with the leaf helpers, but I am thinking to put in coil over shocks with a 2" lift kit. What do you guys think?
 
Yeah, I was thinking that too. there is a shop here that will rebuild my leaf springs. But is it worth it or just buy some updated ones...
 
I went with General Springs "383" weight rear leafs even though I'm running a 340. They are 6 leaf, a bit stiffer than the springs for 340,318 etc., and stock ride height. $299 a set. My front suspension is all tubular with a drop spindle so to get the car setting better in the rear and tone down the "stink bug" stance, I had the leaves de-arched 2"

Depends on how much they want for the job and how much you are willing to bet they'll do it right.
