As a Demon owner I've had some people not like the idea of the name , but I personally don't let it bother me, sort of like a dirt devil vaccum or red devil lighter fluid, I do attend church and have wondered should I drive my demon to church?

I grew up in the city, my wife the country.
She thinks we shouldn't be giving out candy.
I have to remind her of what we did back then to people that had their lights out.
We only have a couple kids in our neighborhood but we always get a couple hundred because it's flat.
I remember back then going out and filling a pillow case with candy, coming home to unload and then going back out.

From my research, I have come to the understanding of what Constantine did, and have totally jumped ship from Christianity...... because it has been both corrupted and perverted, and as far as I can tell, Revelation clearly has a lot to say about that.
The Believers are supposed to be a peculiar people letting their light shine among the Gentiles pagans and heathens. Celebrating "Christianized" holidays , stamped onto pagan Holy-Days , in the obedience to Constantine Law, realizing that he murdered thousands and thousands of dissenters to promote his one-religion empire, should not be something we should do. He was an evil, murdering, warmonger, power-hungry, and a servant to his wicked mother. Study it out for yourselves. The Bible tells us repeatedly to come out of Babylon.Since Babylon no longer exists, this must mean Spiritual Babylon; and it is left up to us to figure out where this is. As for me I'm leaning towards the corrupted church as being this Mystery-Babylon. And you can see why; even Christians cannot come to the same conclusions; never mind the ungodly.
The first couple of chapters in Revelation are all about Jesus admonishing the 7 churches, and prophesying nearly two thousand years ago, that they would need to get back onto the narrow path,AND even telling them Exactly what they needed to do.
Ask yourselves; did Jesus ever endorse a Holy Day? and if so, what was/were the names of them? and do we find them restored in the NewKingdom? for what purpose?, and what are the consequences of not celebrating them? Some Christians already know the answers. Most haven't got a clue. And I wonder what percentage were taught that those Holy Days were all nailed to the cross, by their pastors, whom they believed.

God just wants a family of obedient loving children, doing loving things, and just loving all the time. Our time on this Earth is all about that. What is our NewCommandment? It is nothing more than a re-statement and summary of the Ten Commandments into one easy to remember verse.
The principal statement being to love God. And how do we do that? John 14 has a great deal to say about that, culminating with
15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

Believers know not to mix evil with good
 
And the religious righteousness rears it’s head...and is rejected once again.

Don’t pretend to know what God wants...or requires for anyone but yourself.

Leave the rest of us alone as you try to discover what applies to you...and you only.
 
God's word is plain to read, it's the understanding of it that is tricky, cuz not everyone has understanding. That's why God tells us over and over to ask for understanding. He only feeds out a little of it atta time.
And that's why we have so many denominations today, cuz they all took a lil something and ran with it. But they err greatly for;
Proverbs 14:12
There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death

What God want's is simple; Those who make it past the Judgement are gonna be spending Eternity with GodAlmighty. We are gonna be a great big family. And we are gonna have one King, and one Most High God. So we better bring Love and Obedience with us, else the rain will not come to our land (Zecharia 14), and the rebel risks a beating with a Rod of Iron,carried by our King Jesus.

Don’t you have some evil big toe pain demon to chase? I’m sure there is one out there just trying to cause big toe discomfort to someone...go save them from the evil demon.

Hurry, your self-righteousness is waning and may not keep you safe from suffering the big toe pain being reimposed on you.

It is the height of foolishness to not want to know what God wants; else how will yo know what is required of you; faith without works is dead. God says not to show up empty-handed.
The epitome of what you can be in the New Kingdom, is a priest in God's house, and you have to either be a member of he 144,000, or a martyr.
The antithesis would be the guy who failed to show up to the Feast of Tabernacles, and failed to eat from the Tree of Life, which is your immortality. God has a special punishment reserved for those rebels.

Unfortunately a growing number of grandparents and parents are absolutely terrified of kids experiencing any adventure or freedom because of an overwhelming fear of abduction. And also a growing number of people who simply dislike children (and people in general).

We love Halloween. It is usually the first night the evening gets chilly and it is exciting to see all types of kids in their costumes experiencing the freedom and adventure as they go through the neighborhood after dark and knock on strangers' doors.

There has been more and more houses with their lights turned off or signs on the door. The trend of kids going to malls or church events to fill their bags with candy in a "safe and secure environment" really misses the mark of what trick or treating is really about.

I guess my 11 and 5yr old are considered "free range" by today's standards since they go out in the neighborhood and walk to school unsupervised.

I love the smell of a candle burning in a pumpkin, it takes me back to when I was a kid, wearing those cheap plastic masks and trick or treating with a pillow case for a candy bag. We would go home and dump all of our candy on the floor and separate it all out by make and model, saving out the 3 musketeers for mom and the Heath bars for dad. If that’s wrong, I don’t wanna be right.
