This site needs a GOOD decoder posted as a sticky.
If there were any good ones we could link that would be a great idea. I have a stack of Galen books. They aren't perfect and are hard to understand sometimes but they have a lot of information.

You may as well go one step further.....

Require correct answers to all questions.

Agreed. I am not singling anyone out but can I also throw out where the OP shares all known info but people who respond don't read it and then ask questions for what has already been shared? This also includes responses within the post. It does go both ways.
With that said....I am thankful for all of you helping out here on FABO. I learn something new every day. Cheers!

No mention of, and no arrow to, the search function.

Bet @Alaskan_TA is as good any of those links.
I think it used to be a service he offers through his website.

People come here and ask questions. Nobody here makes a dang nickel for taking time out of whatever they're doing to give an answer. So, if someone misses some info it's not like anybody's out a thing. People get paid for information every single day. There are a lot of people here with a lot of experience. I've been messin with cars since 1974. Some have done it longer. A lot longer. I don't see but one side and that's the side that needs all the info up front. Anything less than that is incomplete at best. So sorry, not sorry. I don't feel one bit bad if someone's question gets misread, unanswered or anything else considered a "mistake". Somebody start cuttin me a check, then I'll care.
