Defroster Splitter

Hey Guys,
I finally decided to connect my defroster hoses up after after about 35 years (don't drive the car in rain or snow so I never needed them). Anyway I ordered a new hose kit from Classic Industries only to find that I am missing the splitter (see attached picture from the manual). Any Ideas where I can get one or something else that you might have used? Thanks for your help!

No splitter. It is just how the photo overlaps one hose behind the other.

The hoses out of the box are stacked
 
My 67 uses no such thing. It has individual hose outlets on the heater box
 
Early a/c box has 1 square opening where additional black plastic duct piece attaches that serves as a splitter. Heat only box shown has 2 round openings where the tubes attach.

It's been so long since there's been anything connected to them that I didn't remember. I will probably connect them later today. Thanks for the help.

I'm currently about to go through my whole heater and A/C set up. What book did you end up getting this picture from? It seems like this would be a very helpful resource.

Can you post up if the hoses actually fit? Every hose like that I’ve found is too small on the ID and won’t slip on the heater box.

If what you have fits, I’ll order them up/

I haven't tried using them yet but I will try them when I get home from this business trip.. should be home Thursday afternoon.
