My 67 barracuda is a auto on the floor. I have been throwing it around in my head about changing it to a 4spd. Ill need the pedal assembly,floor hump, z bar, trany ect. Im sure someone on here has done this. What do I expect to spend on all of it ? I would sell everything I have automatic wise to help with the cost. Every thing I have is in very good shape.

You're going to have to give more info, e.g., are you looking at used parts, new parts, rebuilt parts? Otherwise the prices you get will be all over the spectrum.

Brewers has pretty much everything you need as far as parts both new and refabbed I would think that would be a good place to start crunching numbers. I have found their prices to be fairly competitive and there customer service very good.

I have no problem buying used I can refurb pretty anything but the trany but I know a guy who can do that

If I live long enough to go stick again, I will go hydraulic. I'm sorry I forgot who, someone on here made a NICE bracket which mounts a modern master in the pushrod hole, and is activated by the stock pedal and a modified pushrod. Very nicely done You don't HAVE to use a hydro T.O. bearing you can use the factory fork and an external slave

With a rebuilt tranny, I'd look to spend about $2,500 pedals, good Hurst shifter and linkage, clutch setup, bellhousing and related stuff.

Which Milton are you at? Shipping might hurt.
I think have everything you need except the hump and the reverse lite switch.
Your choice of ;
overdrive, or 2.66low;
Hurst, or Mr.Gasket in-line;
Already reconditioned, or core;
Street slick-shifted and shifts like lightning at 7000, or stock slow-azz shifting.
I will not break up the package.

oh wait;
I think my 2.66 box is already street slick shifted in second and third, perfect for 3.55s and 350+hp.
and the bellhouse/ flywheel is for a neutral balance SBM.

I did mine for $1.8k a few years ago, that was buying used parts from different sources and refurbishing them. Picked up a used trans, disassembled it and took all of the internals to Jamie Passon for his inspection. Had a friend help me w/the rebuild. I guess you can get in for around $2k these days.
