I would bet a hell of a lot of money these are not U.S.

Corporate History
NTN began in 1918 when investor Noboru Niwa, his sales company Tomoe Trading Co., and engineer Jiro Nishizono joined together to design and manufacture the first NTN ball bearings

I would call them a "world conglomerate." They have plants all over hell, most of which ARE NOT in the US

But let's say these ARE the gold plated specials you were looking for

WHERE DID you get them?

If you can find BOWER USA on them, NTN 'used' to be Bower/BCA

Many global sourced parts are in boxes that are made in USA.......IIRC assembled in USA makes 'em made in USA if the percentage is above a certain level.

They are just like WIX filters now. Like Del said, a global conglomerate. You may get some made in USA, China, Indonesia, or "wherever else" they may have plants scattered throughout the world. Same as National/BCA bearings are now.

They’re webpage says they have 75 manufacturing facilities globally.

Well I feel like I have been cheated and misled the box says made in USA I'll have to actually look at the bearings tonight when I get home

Yep... "the box says made in USA". Although, there is a slight possibility the bearings were too. That still doesn't make them any good, you know.

mine are all stamped usa on the bearings.no matter what,id rather have that them made in china,or where ever

Only way to tell Chineeium parts is open the box, sniff it, IF it smells like egg fuyung, it came from China!???? or is it hog dung??

They might be.....but then so might the box. LOL I'm being serious, too. I've seen exactly that. The box says "MADE IN USA" and bearings say otherwise. Come to find out, it was the box made in USA. That's funny.....and then it's not.

So bottom line, if the picture were part of the initial post and it informed everyone where he found them (because he wanted to help FABO members out) this would've been probably 5 posts long with many thank you's.

i was going to but i didnt know i was going to have to prove where they were made.

lmao, you were going to? You're still dancing around their found location. "Look what I have" almost trying to rub peoples nose in it. Cynical bunch here always trying to get to the bottom of a post. Good for them, they encouraged you to show that the bearings were in fact stamped USA. #10 post shows you were even unsure of your boast until "you actually looked" at them out of the box.
