looks like New Orleans will be just to the west of the worst of it. it'll be Lake Charles and such that get hammered.

as long as it spares Tim, Mark and Unconvential and their families, the rest of it can slide right off and I wouldn't shed a tear. I would buy some of the new ocean front property in Nevada though.

Bet the rainy season will produce a lot of them this year. They were bad when I lived there and that was with no recent fires.

Easy Riders afficionados, one of the magazine's editorial writers and photographers I used to throw rocks at on a daily basis at the rock farm. Twiggy was his name. When he wasn't driving his bottom hopper he had a funky little '64 Falcon wagon. It was always a good day after Twig went on a photo shoot for the magazine, we frequently got to review the photos before the magazine got them
