Didnt see a thread started for 2020. Heres our fake one( not my choice lol)

Stacey has surpassed her mother on the decorations and the tree.......it’s hard to see the 4356 +/-, :), decorations due to the lights! Many of the ornaments and supporting decorations were hand made by my Mother. She had a knack.
The tree is fake too. It used to be so much fun climbing a 50’ tree to attain the ultimate top!

That looks great!!! Last year was my year for the girls to bring the families to my house,so this year will be a smaller tree!!! Enjoy those kids they grow so quickly!

My wife loves decorating, lights all of it. I dread it all year because of our cat, so I found this thing (the green piece in between the bottom two branches) to block that lard of a cat from getting in the tree. Works like a charm thankfully, she leaves it alone. I also just noticed the tree looks slanted but it's not, it's my amazing photography skills.
 
My granddaughter put ours up, plugged it in and said that was good enough.
We've never been big on a Xmas tree around here.
 
Had to get a new tree this year. We didn't know about the white lights only so I put our colored led's on. I can unplug the white ones if we just want colored lights. What do you think?

I've always liked the "pure" look of white lights, thankfully she does too. Since lori and I have been together, there are a LOT of things I defer. Tree decorating is one of many....

Ours is up but not decorated yet. I did have put my new aluminum heads under it though. :D

Here's our 20 year old fake tree. My wife gets our 2 kids to make or buy ornaments every year. When they ever move out (????) they can take their ornaments with them and have something to start their own tree. My daughter - pict in the yellow star ornament( right side of tree) is now 21 and in 4th year of university and my son - pict in gold donut ornament is 19 and has the 70 swinger in my avatar ( I may have had a little influence on him after all). And a pic of my wife's 2020 ornament that she had made.
