I am not familiar with 5901 Hookers. However, if they are designed by Hooker for your car, they should fit. I have done headers in and out of my 69 Barracuda many times for one reason or another. I will give you two scenarios. Keep in mind this is from my experience, so others may have other ideas.
1. You will need at least 4 people for this one. One person on the engine hoist, one person to move the engine around as it is dropped, and one person on each side of the engine holding onto a header. It is much better if you have the car up on jack stands several inches. Make sure the steering box is installed and the starter is on the engine. As the engine is SLOWLY lowered into the car, the 'header' guys will CAREFULLY snake the headers into place. A fifth person to do whatever is needed AND to crawl under the car and lift up on the back of the tranny to help guide the engine into place. If you are installing the engine without the tranny, it would probably go smoother, but I have always done it with the tranny attached. If you have Power steering, you may well have to put a 'ding' in a tube for clearance. I did. Also, some towels protecting the inner fender skirts are good.
2. You CAN do this one by yourself, but a second person is great. I have also removed and replaced headers several times with the engine in place. Get the car up on the highest jackstands possible. You will need the clearance. The steering box will be in place and the starter will be on the engine. Unbolt both motor mounts. BTW, I'd do the passenger side first. Using a floor jack and some type of pad (I use a piece of 2x6), jack the engine up by placing the 2x6 under the oil pan. with the engine up as high as you can get it, snake the header up from the bottom. You may have to reposition the jack so as to tilt the engine towards the passenger's side (the driver's side will be higher). If you wiggle the header just right and have a helper pulling up from the top, you will get it in. Then attach it to the engine with two bolts finger tight. Same process (more or less) on the other side. The passenger's side is a lot easier.
GOOD LUCK

hooker 5901 headers are your typical below the tie rods headers....you will need to drop the drag link ...also the number 3 header tube will block plugs 5 and 7....plug wires will need to be rerouted...or burn....lol

read the instructions....

My duster had them in the trunk when I bought it they are older but never installed so no directions just figured while I have engine out and go to install it again that it would be easier then installing while in car

Senerio 1 sounds good. If you go with 2nd suggestion , drop in motor and bolt up tranny then use you cherry picker to hold up the motor up for header install underneath. Drop steering link as suggested.

You have the same internet we do. instructions are available everywhere automotive online. They aren't hard to find.

No one was getting down on you. There were a couple of snide (funny) comments, but there were also ideas from people who have installed many sets of headers. There was also the suggestion to Google the Hooker part number, which should have been done already. Also, go to mymopar & get a FSM to save yourself more trouble later down the road putting your car back together after installing the headers. There is no need to chastise the people giving you advice & suggestions. If you can't take SOME ribbing, the forums are not the place to ask for advice of suggestions.

I honestly didn’t expect a answer mopar people are *** face bitches lol just being honest

Ok. We're all trying to help you. I don't know where the attitude is coming from all of a sudden. All this advice from people with combined hundreds of years of experience is FREE to you. Nobody gets paid **** around here. You might want to keep that in mind. Nobody's been smart. Nobody's given you attitude. You've inferred it that way. I don't know about the rest of the guys, but I'm done with trying to help you. You obviously have a chip on your shoulder. You don't bite the hand that feeds you. For FREE.

It was misplaced

Just a minute here.
You had some good responses to your question.
Cheap headers are a pain in the *** to install on a V8 A-Body like yours.
Period.
If you can't take a little sarcasm, then maybe you are in the wrong hobby.
And if you asked this question on a Ford or Chevy site, you would have the same response.
Good luck.
You'll need it now that you insulted most of the people on here with your tantrum........

A friend & I took 2 weeks to install some Dougs D453 headers in a 72 340/4 speed Duster. We had to adjust (bend) the Z bar, reweld the cracks in the factory welds on the Z bar & put a small relief dent in one tube on the passenger side to clear the torsion bar. Putting headers on is NOT a weekend job in most cases, Luckily my friends car isn't his daily driver & we had the luxury of the time to do it right. As stated, no one was getting on your case as you possibly saw it. Hopefully your install will go smoothly, but if you get frustrated walk away for a bit & then go back. Gorilla tactics are not needed in most cases.

Sorry if I upset anyone
You could have deleted/edited your post.
It's a little late for that now.
BTW, I was going to post some detailed pictures and helpful suggestions seeing that I went through the same scenario as you.

My suggestion now is to figure it out yourself or take it to an exhaust shop and pay them to install them.

After all, us Mopar people are just *** faced bitches........

I’ll take all the back lash from what I posted I’m just used to being the nice guy and helping people but when I need help no one is there I just happened to be drunk and posted some stupid ****. But all on all I always help and feel like I get the blunt end of the stick.

I’ve gotten help from a few guys for a few days I dunno why I lost it prob because someone that was supposed to help me by having my car there and was good going to fix there’s they backed out on me and now I’m stranded
