Not good

And hows the investigation coming along Kim with all the stolen stuff in Kindersley?
Oh to answer your question, ZERO accountability.
OMG. They do get away with bloody murder. I can’t see how they can live with themselves knowing the took a life unnecessarily. Kim

Lmao, ALL cops are good? None that are incompetent....trigger happy....flat out crooked, lazy?? Yep they are human so they can be any one of those. Breonna Taylor? Didnt they do a "welfare check" and unload on her?? Ooopps.
I raised my 2 boys without their POS mother, so dont question my character jackwagon.
I said nothing to you about your character or called you names. Dont like what I say? Hit ignore, hit disagree. Or skim over and roll on down the highway.

No one has said all cops are good. No one has said that all cops are bad. However, you seem to have, by your own admission, a speckled past when it comes to the law. Everyone I know that had the same experience, brought on by there own behavior, seems to have the same anti cop sentiment. interesting...

And before you start spouting off about BT and her "innocent" BF, you might want to research that a bit more...

NOTE: I'm fully AGAINST so called "no knock" warrants...

Man I hope we can all get along. Certainly some disagreements going on.

I can get along with anyone really. This is all just differences of opinion. I personally can't stand the "absolute" style of rhetoric we're seeing here. Had to not call it out.

I'd rather talk cars, as would most here I'm sure. Actually, probably everyone here would....

Lol, "speckled" and "spouting"?
Whatever DUDE. Pretty much a condescending attitude oozing out.
Carry on, I'm done, I got my point across. I'll call it now....paid leave or desk duty IF that.

you talked about getting "pinched" and "caught" but the cops a few times... your words, not mine "DUDE"... lol..

Fair enough, I'm done.

Ya, so that makes it "speckled"? And you started the "DUDE" lol. Arrogance is making sense now lol.

I dunno, I just know it's not hard to stay out of trouble.

Wasn't it you, just a few posts ago, who said insulting folks was out of line. I'd say calling me arrogant, sort of skirts that line. lol..

You go ahead and keep listening to the magic box and believe everything it tells you. I'll stick with critical thinking.

You call murder BS? Now, you've pissed me off. This was my cousin, you idiot. I know and stated the basic facts. Just what more to the story would justify any of this action, let alone the last shot, point blank. If I stated the entire story, you would be apologizing for your ridiculous words.
You just proved my point when you said " If I stated the entire story, you would be apologizing for your ridiculous words". What's keeping you from telling the entire story? I suspect I already know the answer to that though.

Steve you brought up a point I never thought about . There are so many guns in the U.S now ( and I have owned my share) that cops might be on the defense more now . I think training and recruiting has a lot to do with it as well . There are so many people out there that are armed to the teeth with automatics and tactical gear literally practicing combat that it becomes a subconcious reality to them . So when a cop confronts a suspect he is thinking there is a good chance the guy is armed.
Its a complicated issue...

Generally speaking, these are not the people to be worried about. Though, per my own 10 percent rule stated earlier it does lend to the issue.

Unforseen consequences

... Of the media vilifying cops over the last 12 years? I don't think it's unforeseen at all. I think it's quite obvious the effect of false reporting of various incidents over the years would and has done to the public image of cops in general. Never before we cop assassinations a regular thing. If that happened , it was fringe at best and almost always drug related. Not this crap where people have bene emboldened by the media and a lack of intervention.

Automatic weapons have been illegal for decades. Buddy your facebook friends are not credible sources of information.

Agreed, I just don't get it. I am not that old but I remember every second of 9/11 I remember where I was, I remember who told me about it, everything. I guess that was my generations JFK moment. I also remember how everyone I met, watched, or listened to had nothing but admiration and respect for the men and women of the Fire departments and Police Departments. Every one of those officers were heroes and nobody would have had the balls to say anything other than that then. I will also guarantee you that some of those men and women would never meet the 2021 holier than thou bullshit standards that the media and politicians try to hold them to. That didn't stop them from charging to their deaths to help their fellow man. They were rightly held as the heroes they were, are. So what changed? Very simple answer as far as I can see. Over a decade of a lying/biased media (as you said) and the toilet that is social media allowing people to huddle in their own little groups gulping down the some bogus information that just their little group of friends pukes up. No attempt to educate themselves, no attempt at critical thinking, no attempt of tracking down facts as long as their little circle agrees they just pat each other on the back and keep jerking. I truly believe that basic human intelligence is at an unbelievably historic low.

And Kimmer, I have bought stuff from you and gotten a lot of info from you. Nothing but respect but your smarter than this. Common buddy.

Remember, the magic box has some people confused about SEMI AUTOMATIC and FULLY AUTOMATIC. Black Rifles are scary.... Generally speaking, most people have NO ******* CLUE what these things mean and believe AR stands for Assault Rifle... ugh... the sheer stupidity of people and polititions that believe an AR-15 is the same thing as an M-16.... good grief

This video shows the general stupidity level of people....

Yes ... semi-auto not auto..
Facebook ? I gaurantee that you have spent more time on social media in the last week than I have in my entire life .

And yes I know what an AR is ... in fact I was at the Primary Arms facility today.
My point was that sometimes there are effects to things that we did not foresee ..
if you don't have the balls or intellect to understand this I cannot help you .

.. Of the media vilifying cops over the last 12 years?

First one that REALLY stands out to me as the start of the "all cops are bad" is Ferguson, Missouri.

Remember, "hands up - don't shoot" proven to be totally false. Totally destroyed the officer's life because of a lie. Seems that as soon as things get too quiet, another "false narrative " about a police involved death rears its ugly head.

I don't worry about police shooting me cause I'm not going to put myself in a position where they are going to pull their firearm on me.

In every instance the police were called to resolve a bad situation.

Either the police enforce the law or they don't...

if you don't have the balls or intellect to understand this I cannot help you .

If you don't have the balls or intellect to describe the things you are talking about accurately, well, I cannot help you...

And saying And yes I know what an AR is ... in fact I was at the Primary Arms facility today, is like saying I know what a piston is, I was at the speed pro facility today.... so?

Even using the terms "Assault Rifle" (no you did not) or "Automatic" (yes you did) is stupid and only makes it worse. It didn't exist until the media made it up. I am pretty sure most cops are not worried about the guy in a local militia and more worried about the person doesn't pull over and place their hands at the ten and two, then ask when it's OK to move in order to comply with the officer.

I've had this discussion with a few people and they can never get past the fact that problems occur when cops feel threatened. Remember, cops don't carry guns to protect you or me, they carry them to protect themselves.

My own experience happened at 17. Long hair, peach fuzz mustache (if you could call it that), greasy baseball cap, concert T, ripped jeans and high tops. Cop pulls me over after leaving the mall to go to the girlfriends place. I pulled over, put my hands at the 10/2 and almost **** myself as I see the cop walk up with his weapon drawn.... Turns out, there was a car fitting the description at the mall with a gun in the back seat. He had a percieved reason to be fearful and I was smart and did NOT make it worse. After letting him search the he thanked me for cooperating and making it easy to do his job and left.

Point is, it's super simple to avoid getting shot by cops... Don't give them a reason....

I applaud the 18 states that have passed constitutional carry laws. We (as in all the people brainwashed by the media) need to get back to being comfortable around guns. School shootings skyrocketed after the laws were passed that created gun free zones... thanks Biden.... Many of us remember how many guns were in the back windows of pickup trucks at school because the owners went hunting before school.... it was normal, people weren't afraid.

I remember the first time I got pulled over by a policeman with his weapon drawn (which I believe was a colt C7)

I learned two valuable lessons that day

1: you can not distinguish a Dutch police car from a Dutch military police car in your rear mirror

2 the Dutch military police has authority to enforce traffic laws within a certain range from thier base
