I work for the BNSF and have been passing by this car for about a month. Looks like the only big item missing is the hood. Which maybe he has? He says it's a 63 but I don't think it is.

That's an early 66 by the valiant emblem below the rear window. Lots of good parts left on that car. Don't think it's really worth restoring though.
 
I have never seen a 66 with the 64-64 window trim like that.
But no doubt, it's a 66.
Man, look at the rust and dents in the side of that car, WOW.
 
Parts car. A lot of gooduns on it though.
 
Looks like a nuclear test site car....That is some crazy looking metal back there. Kinda spooky!

Right on about the title and someone really slathered the Bondo on. Other than that quarter, I think there's not a lot of real rust to deal with from what I can see. Actually that quarter doesn't even look very rusted. Not that I'd try to fix it, lol.
