Everyone's idea of "fully restored" is different. That and I'm alway weary of a pretty red paint job. Especially when corners are cut, such as painting over a heater blower motor, etc. That just screams halfassed. Take a magnet with you.

Ten dollars with the only two shitty pictures you posted. "Fully restored in excellent condition" Your words, not ours and all you give us is two crappy *** pictures? This is a joke, right?

I'm afraid the owner went crazy with the red paint. I believe to begin with if it were "restored" they wouldn't have painted the heater fan motor red. Maybe refurbished?

As already pointed out, lots of corner cutting detail-wise, including engine should be turquoise not '70 and up corporate blue. Find an experienced member here near You that may want to look at it with You, buy 'em lunch & dinner, may be the best meal-deal You've ever had......as to value, depending on actual condition, 6 cyls usually 15-20% less for very nice ones.......

Thanks. I can give more info. Old lady I know has it. It was her dads and I guess it meant something to her. Has original bill of sale. The frame off resto was done in 1998 and took a year, she has it documented. No doubt they missed some details but that's why I'm asking. I'll post more pics. I was thinking it would be a good restomod for the right price.

I would look at that car as a guy that took it to a body shop, then another guy to assemble. It is not a nut and bolt so I would look at it as just a car. Not a restoration. A nice looking car with clean stuff going on and will probably have body issues as far as paint and lifting in 4 years if left outside and 6-7 years (maybe longer) if stored inside. At that point if you wish to repaint there is that cost. If mechanically it is sound then its a nice driver for awhile and will need regular maintenence. I see it as a fair deal at 10-14K. There are a lot of unknowns and usually (usually i said) old ladies have not had a hand in the actual "restoration" and are only regurgitating whatever info was told to them. I have been wrong in the past, but thas the way i see this car. Its not an investment. good lookin car though. $0.02

Honestly, that's a pretty one for sure, I love that body. If She's as clean as She looks, I'd probably leave it as is & fix the details, maybe some not-so-obvious improvements....disc brakes?
And there is no "frame" other than the K-member for the eng./lower frt suspension.....

Thanks for your advice. She still looks good considering she was painted in 1998. Garage kept since. No bubbles in 23 years......I agree that 12 to 14k is maybe where we are at if it's not full of mud.

I would say you should be good for around $15,000. I would say worth more than 10 but not worth 20. That's the way I value cars like this. Heck, even a half assed paint job will cost a few thousand.

10k is good, 15k if you love it, and 5k if the seller is reading this thread. Nice looking car, though. More pics would be better if you can get them.

IF IF the car is in a good of shape as the owner states and the pictures look. You wont go wrong anywhere between $10-15. Altho I'm not a red fan, it looks super clean and a notchback. It's a VERY clean slate to upgrade to SB and buckets/console if so inclined. Garage kept after the "resto" for 23 years? I'd be all over it.

What kind of parts does it have?? Disc brakes? Rearend? The answers to those questions would dictate how much I would be willing to pay, since they'd be tops on my list to upgrade if I bought that car.
