I was at Famoso Raceway, yes Bakersfield is in SoCal for the Budweiser Warm Up long ago. My work partner ran an injected BBC digger and we took it over to play. I was walking through the staging lanes to get back to the race car from our pit and come across this '68 Camaro, nothing real special at first glance until I get closer. Underneath was 14" cheater slicks, 4 bar, dana, and tubs. I get to the driver side window, it's all caged out and it has hand controls 
. Little later I go back to our pit for something else for the race car and find a young man in a wheel chair next to the Camaro. "This yours? Nice hot rod." "Runs 10.50s. It's how I make my living on Van Nuys Blvd." We talked for a while. I got to see him make a pass, he wasn't foolin' 10.48 and straight as a string.

So with Kalifornia and other states following suit banning the sale of Gasoline and diesel vehicle "new" car and truck sales in 2035, you know the next step for them to take is to ban the registration /sale and use of vehicles that run on liquified exploding dinosaurs. Kalifornia is/was auto nirvana central. What do you think will happen then? Just a question after looking at all these cool rides.

I'll be 77 in 2035, in case I'm not able to drive then I'm going to burn so "much liquefied exploding dinosaurs" now that it might put us back in the Dark Ages!
