Exhaust manifolds

I bought a 71 318 for my 72 Demon.
It has j heads and, from my quick research, 340 / 360 exhaust manifolds. At least one of the manifolds I have looked up says it's for b / e body..
Is this going to be an issue going in my a body..?
Here are the manifolds and their numbers..

The passenger side manifold isn't going to be a problem.
The driver's side is not A body, but you MAY be able to make it work, depending if you have power steering or not- it may take a bit of grinding for column clearance and shimming your motor mount a bit, but it's worth a try. Maybe others will chime in who've made it work...
 
I just tried to find the you tube video for 318willrun exhaust manifold mod. No success.
 
may wanna check the steering shaft clearance on that driver side. A's went up and out and then back down around the steering. Passenger side was the same.
 
Glad that it was a piece of cake for you, but being a smart *** did nothing to help me find it. I have seen the video that he just posted, but still unsuccessful finding it on my own.
 
Yes Mike, found it with that info. I have no idea how you post that stuff or look for it.
People assume that because they know how to do something, everyone knows how to do it. If they did, they would not ask.
So I went into 318's site, did not see the exh manifold clip, saw several other clips. I will get this figured out, or just catch him sometime at Cordova. He lives just up the Mississippi River from me.

If you start on the home page just click on "videos" under the name. All the vids will be listed in last video first.
 
They fit! There you go..12 different driver side designs and only the 2 passenger sides with the 68 340 Y being the holy grail.
