I let my dogs out last night and saw this beautiful sunset. I had to take a picture.

Old sayin' "red sky at night, sailor's delight red sky in the morning, sailor's take warning"
Don't know why i threw that in there, but i think about that saying every time i see a sunset or sunrise like that.

@MOPARMAGA I remember being in the snow once and it was so quiet, like not a sound out there. It was kinda spooky growing up near busy streets all my life.
Oh totally, my wife and I are 10 miles from the city, the only time there's really any traffic is when the apples are being picked, rest of the time I could sit in the middle of the road for 10 minutes before anyone comes by. Hear a siren about once a month....big difference from Seattle
Street light looks green. Yakima gets those inversions which makes even more quiet. You have to head to Ellensburg to get any sunshine

Coolest sunrise I ever saw was on a morning after an ice storm. All the barren trees were covered with a small amount of ice on every twig. The sky's color was reds, oranges, and yellows. The sun was just peaking over the horizon and it's rays were beginning to shoot through the icy branches and lighting them up like Christmas lights.
That was 27 years ago and I probably had just smoked a joint so it was extra cool, probably. LOL.
