Driving around town yesterday and I see in the distance, an old junky Chevy lowrider. It was draggin' along at least 10 under the limit. Eventually I'm about 10 cars back at a light, and he starts "hittin' switches"....lowrider hydraulic suspension! Finally I caught up close enough to see that this was a replica of Cheech's lowrider in the movie "Up In Smoke"!

There's at least one other in existence that's gotten some media, but this wasn't the same car. Pretty hilarious.

If I never saw or heard anything outta either one of those idiots again it would be plenty soon enough.

I sent those pictures to a buddy of mine who’s in the Tucson lowrider scene. Apparently this guy well-known and his legal name is “Tattoo.”

Can I see your license sir?
Isn’t it on the bumper man?

It’s been almost fifty years but that’s a great movie!

I wouldn't be surprised if there was quite a few of these replicas... I would think the hard part of doing a true replica is the outright value of a two-door...

I go over to my best bud's house one day. His folks were out for a while. "let's listen to the stereo" he says and proceeds to pull a gospel record out of the rack. "Great Scott! What have I gotten myself into?" I wondered to myself. He pulls the record out of the cover and on to the turn table it goes.

:wtf: "Oh yeah. If my folks knew I had this album they would throw it out, so I hide it in one of my Mom's album covers."

Let’s let the Chevy guys have their fun, and our Mopars can remain pure and unmolested.

His name is Ralllllphh!

@67Dart273 Sorry Del, but they're funny as hell. I know not everyone's cup of tea, but when was the last time you heard anything about them? Not much new stuff lately. Their old albums were awesome.
