swing by and pick up my never fired Edelbrock EFI'd 403 stroker and Hughes built 904 for another 8K and Ill even put it in for you....just kidding unless someone waves 8 G's in front of me.
 
Lien sale paperwork here in California will place a salvage title on the car unless other paperwork (DMV has some forms that will change that). Not sure if that paperwork can be taken to another state. I would check with your state first.
