Old OEM Dash Pad finish?

I have an old dash pad for my Barracuda I am going to use, and after a warm water and brush treatment, it looks nice but obviously needs some shine to it.
But... it´s a race car, not a car show Hot Rod, so I don´t want it too sparkling shiny. Just nice 50 years ago shiny.
What do I use? Some sort Spray Can I suppose?

The FSM says warm soapy water.

I would be careful with modern products as they might not play nice with old plastics
 
It is supposed to have a flat hue so it doesn't reflect onto the windshield. Just clean it with a mild soap. I liked the creme type GoJo that had lanolin in it. That and thorough clear water rinse is the only thing ever used on my 67 fish dash. It still looks new. I haven't searched for that in some time. Linseed oil is natural but does have a slight odor. Tea Tree oil is naturally anit bac' and anti imcrobe', and doesn't smell too bad either. So maybe remove the dirt with todays creme GoJo, Rinse well and let it dry good. Then start some oil treatment. I've heard some recommend a hand lotion. Makes some sense since vinyl is skin although artificial.

Walgreens sells lanolin on the baby isle for breast feeding mothers.

Just keep in mind vinyl is a petroleum product. Some products might hurt the chemicals in the vinyl.

No personal experience but I have heard that Armor All will cause old vinyl to crack.

That's a new one but I like it.

I have a bad dash pad. Think I'll give it a try
