Hey Everyone,
I've got a 1966 Dart GT that I'm putting back together and I need a A/C push button switch gasket. See photo. Any help in finding one would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Thanks for the response. I have not seen this listed on their site, but maybe they could make it. I'll contact them next week. Thanks for the idea.

Any year will fit. I have them but I am currently in a deal with someone who is buying all my AC items. Post a want ad for any year AC button felt

I need one also, but not ready for it yet. Seems like something I should be able to make myself. Maybe? :)

Placing parts wanted ads is the quickest way I know to meet scammers....
And asking for or selling parts in the wrong forum will guarantee a deleted thread. If a scammer answers a wanted ad just ht the report button. We can make them disappear without a trace with the software we have here.

Sorry but there were 2 different sizes of buttons. Square holes in this gasket would be different also.
DMT likely has both and knows what the transition year was. I'm thinking 64 &65 were the larger buttons but I've been wrong before.

Could you go to a fabric store and grab some black felt, trace the pattern from your old gasket and trim out a new one with a pair of scissors?

Total cost probably less than $2

Is it felt or foam? Either way. places like Hobby Lobby should have material that will duplicate the original. I bought some black sheet foam for my floor vent doors. It worked perfect.

i never had a problem finding one of these

its usually the only part that works and is worth anything when you find an aircon switch in a pile at a swap meet

card with felt stuck on and glued round to line the button holes would work just as well
its just a friction damper to stop vibration altering your aircon/heat/demist choice

looking at what you have make a card version
put it on the buttons
then a bead of glue and glue what you have to the card

the card reflector used to make the buttons glow....well that's harder to find
aluminium foil doesn't work
might buy a plastic mirror
