i have a file i can share for the long dash to fit 6 gauges, yes a little trimming of dash i needed but fits great
it is cut into 3 pieces in CAD not the 3d printer slicer, this made it fit together better. had to do 3 piece due to printer size constraint.

I’m not sure the dash measurements but I can send measurements if needed. I have the radio/ heater bezel as well, for 70 Swimger, Just haven’t installed it yet. Gotta make room for radio insert. Be posting that along with filler panel and working on the glove box cover.

Would that fit a 71 duster ralley dash frame?
No.

Based on the switch locations it looks to be a replacement for the '70/71 standard dash, which has a totally different opening for the gauge panel then the rallye dash does.

I believe this would be the style dash it would replace

That’s an awesome piece! Very nice work!!
Thanks!! learned Fusion360 to do this, lol. I didn't want to hack the original so i had a need for a replacement dash and couldn't find one, so.....i made one. The one thing that i don't like is the seems, so i am thinking to cover the from with maybe vinyl or something.....will post if i change it
nice enough opening but the shape is all wrong, the "reg" dash has 2 angles to it.

that is a factory Rally Dash frame. Showing how different it is.

Nice work! Do the 3 pieces attach/secure to each other? What size are the gauge openings?
thanks i tried to make it nice. I made dimples and raised areas to align them, but used super glue to hold them together. i also glued the same shape pieces between the gauges over the seems in the back to make sure they stay together. Gauges are 3 3/8 for the larger and 2 1/8 for the smaller ones. have a few 12mm lights for the turn signals, brake light and high beam.
