I'm sitting at home on a work day,well I'm not sitting too much.Tomorrow I go in for a colonoscopy.Drank the crap bout 4 hours ago and let me tell ya,it works!:angry7: Getting sick of apple juice and I used to like it.:angry7:So I thought I would check out some threads and see what's happening.Right now I guess it's Drano for Dreno.:angry7: Other people vent here so I thought I would.Oh oh...............................................................
 
Drinking that crap is the worst part.......they dope you up for the "inspection" and you don't really care.
 
Never doped up enough for me when that job is being done!
 
Drinking that stuff is the worst part. Had one couple months
ago.
The stuff I drank smelled like fertilizer. Used the lemon/lime
flavoring. Still tasted like POOP!

Oh,I'm havin a great time now,I get to eat my Jello!A big step up from water.Don't go under til tomorrow at 12:45 In the morning I don't get anything at all! :angry7: So I'm open to suggestions,what should I have when this is finally over? What would you have?8)

The day before is the worst. After the test I went home, took a big nap and when my wife got home, we went out for prime rib and some cold ones it tasted great. Good Luck I hope everything checks out OK. Tom

Never thought of posting that, but I'm going for one in Nov. So it's good to know what it's all about.

I'm probably going to hate myself for telling this story but I can't resist. First thing you all gotto understand about me is I'm "SEVERELY" lactose intolerant. One cup of milk will put me on the can within 5 minutes with very painful cramps and some real nasty explosions.

Parental descretion should be used for anybody reading further.

Anyway 2 years go I go for one of those intestine picture taking sessions cuss I'm having a lot of gut problems and they give you this radioactive milk to drink. Then they can watch the stuff work its way down and around on a picture screen and they're looking for knots or growths. I told them of my problem with milk and they weren't to concerned. Well about 5 minutes through the test it hit me and that white stuff hit the wall and for all I know they're still cleaning up the mess. My parting shot to the doctor was "I told ya but ya wouldn't listen. The following week I went back for the colonoscopy cuss the radioactive milk didn't work worth **** it seems it didn't stick around long enough.:toothy10::toothy10::toothy10::toothy10::toothy10::toothy10:

Don't they have a small camera you swallow now, or is it just for the rich folks?
It has a blinking light in it and takes pictures as you pass it?

I think GF/Wife's wait for something like this, mine told me to make sure the Doc takes your head out of your *** while he is up there:toothy10:

They say it doesn't hurt you won't feel a thing...... THEY LIE!!!!!

Yup drinking that stuff was bad enough,him routing around in there looking for my tonsil was horrible, but for me was afterwards I was curled up in the fetal postion by the toilet from all the gas pains they were excruciating:sad2:
