Big birthday party here at my house on the 10th, which I think is Friday. My step grandsons first birthday. I am told there will be a hundred people here. Can't wait to see that party. I will keep you all informed.

I've never done tri-tips. I will have to ask around near where I live. I'm sure as you know they probably grind them all for Burger. But maybe I can find some somewhere..,

Actually that's from a couple of weeks ago. I'm out of hamburgers, that was until yesterday. When I was in Saigon I got over to the Western Market and got me another half dozen burgers and some bacon and some more cheese. More burgers to come before I go home to America

Well, finally got to Saigon. Her brother who is running an upstart limousine service drove us up here. But he doesn't really know the city of Saigon. And it is hellacious to drive around in. Plus the fact he was trying to use Google maps since he didn't know where he was going and it steered him...

I usually buy my work boots for in the shop, online from a company called " Shoes for Crews ". They have been very dependable. Shoes hold up for a very long time..

Needs to remember to bring a few kilos of Vietnamese high test coffee back to America with me later this month.. :lol:
