New Mancini Timing Cover Fitment Issue

I asked you a couple years ago about that cover. No longer available. If it’s available again I’ll buy one right now.

Let’s see a picture of your car!!

I don’t have a running driving A-body for about 10 years now. I put all my time and money into my dodge truck. Lol. I drive it almost every weekend and sometimes a couple days outa the week. I do miss having a fast nimble A-body.

How many of you grease your own trailer axles?

You can still get US made Timkens. I’ve bought several sets of various wheel bearings for cars and trucks from Summit.

    3" Dynomax Ultraflow Carnage

Oh yea, I ain’t criticizing them too badly. I just happed to get a bad part, maybe it was off on the crimping dies where they stamped the letters and it got really thin right there. Who knows. I don’t hate them or am mad about it. Lol. I got taken care of in a day. Which is pretty cool. I won’t...

    3" Dynomax Ultraflow Carnage

Maybe the quality isn’t what it used to be. Who knows. Got the new ones from Summit today. They will be for sale, I won’t be using them, looking for a different sound.

    3" Dynomax Ultraflow Carnage

I’m going through this right now. 4 months old. Thousand miles at best. Summit is sending a new pair out today. It I won’t be using them again. Didn’t like the sound so much. Might try some black widow neighbor haters.

    Doug's headers and mini-starters

Well. I may have made a mistake in posting that a few years ago, stating it fits a v-8. That info I found I think was in the slant 6 forums. It successfully bolts onto a slant 6. I got all that info from SSDan, not realizing we are talking about a v-8…

    Mopar Tow Rigs

My tow rig/daily driver. 2001 2500 5.9 auto. It kinda struggles with anything over 12k. Dump trailer weighs almost 6K. I usually haul about 5 ton of rock. This Cletrac weighs about 8,500. They’re not rated for much. POS 47re. But it’s all I’ve got. Ready for something a little bit newer.

Spring Fling 36 Apr 20 & 21, 2024 Van Nuys CA -info & roll call

I’ll check that. I think I need the overdrive unit rebuilt, because once that happens, doesn’t it fry the clutches? I’ve been driving without overdrive for dang near 6 months, or 20,000 miles. I’m tired of it. I did do a pressure check, while driving, on the number 5 port, (overdrive clutch...

So We Finally Get A Two Door

As far as the 5.7 Hemi engines themselves, I owned since new a 2013 Ram 1500 with the 5.7. Sold it in 2017… And currently have since new a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the 5.7. They were powerful for their size. Always had the hemi tick though. The Jeep was faster than the truck. Would love...

If I can get my POS dodge transmission 47re Junksauce to shift into overdrive I would for sure go. Don’t feel like driving 65 miles an hour for 6 hours at 3,000 rpm in my ‘01 cummins diesel. Lol

Recommend me a 727 rebuild kit

Yea that’s what I was hoping for. I’ve ordered one of those ‘master’ rebuild kits before for a 904 from summit and it just didn’t have EVERY single item. It was close, but I needed a few different snap rings, a couple bushings here and there that it didn’t have, and 3 or 4 piston rings it didn’t...

[WANTED] ‘76-‘80 Dodge truck OD bellhousing

I’m looking for an OD A833 truck bell housing for a small block. Casting number: 3743859 I found a complete changeover with transmission, bell and shifter/ linkage for $400 bucks. But it’s in Arizona, 9 hour one way drive. No shipping. The OD on my 2001 Cummins 2500 went out or else I’d go...

2017 ram 2500 broken manifold bolts

My 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7 had the same issue. Had the manifolds and bolts replaced in 2020 under warranty. Now it’s doing it again. Those ARH headers are damn nice, some of the finest on the market. But also Extremely Expensive. Makes buying TTI headers for our cars seem like a summit...
