I'll check out Kilmat on Amazon. Thanks for the advice everyone. I was just reading a recent forum post here asking the likelihood to recover a missing fender tag and it peaked my interest. Anyone actually recover a missing fender tag?

And yet in all the years I've played with these cars I've never know of a fender tag to be stolen.... If that's a concern for you there are lots of invisible ways to prevent the tag getting stolen.... But on the other hand I've known of quite a few tags to disappear/ get misplaced after being...

muriatic acid, OK for carb soaking?

The biggest thing I can thing of muriatic acid is used for is the etching and cleaning of tombstones and in the marble industry. Something that strong would be a real bad choice for aluminum. lol

Anyone actually recover a missing fender tag?

We post those in the lost and found forum here. Many engines and transmissions have been reunited with the original cars as well as fender tags, build sheets, and vin's.

Anyone actually recover a missing fender tag?

Im wondering if anyone has actually recovered a fender tag that has "gone missing" by posting info about it here. Mine is missing, and Ive pretty much given up hope of ever seeing it again. Around where I live, people actually remove the tags and store them someplace safe for fear of them...

I may be biased but I like my trunk setup the best. I especially like the fact that I retained the factory fuel filler setup and don't have a fuel cell that hangs down too low.

Slant 6 timing help- Torqstorm and Sniper EFI

A BIG coalescing oil to air separator is a must if you are feeding the PVC back into the air intake side of a turbo/supercharger. Even more so with an Intercooler. You do not want oil mist inside the vanes or cooler. On my Subaru Turbo's, I run 1 on each side 10AN line from the valve covers up...
