Just a comment on belts. I was using the HF belts and destroying them. Until I noticed that they are direction dependent (they have a direction arrow on the inside). The 3M belts don't so I'm using only the 3M belts.

I bought a Carlyle from NAPA. Don't know how I got along without it. For the first couple weeks I owned it I was finding things on a daily basis I could use it for.

I had an el-cheapo ATD set of hammers and dollies and just didn't like them. Felt "clumsy". I bought a Martin set with the fiberglass handles.....like night and day. The Martins are so much better it's unbelievable.

The oil pan from a '65 Sprt Fury with a B/RB is identical to the Hemi pan other than it's about 3/4" shorter bottom to rail.

Really depends on what bend radius you want. I've bent lots of 1/4" OD steel tubing by hand using a piece of 2" PVC pipe as a mandrel.

Just a comment on locating cracks, I've had good luck just putting the parts in a hot parts washer and cooking them until they clean up. Take them out and let them dry, anywhere there is a crack there is a rust trail.
