    [WANTED] FRONT WINDOW ROLLER ASSEMBLY

I looked at my Duster window parts & can't find those. I have all the side glass, regulators, guides etc. for 73-74 Dusters, but could NOT find the roller pieces you want. I'll probably come across them a month from now in a different place. Sorry, I tried. I thought I had um'.

[WANTED] Wanted: 1970-1972 Plymouth Duster Dodge Demon Rear Quarter Windows

I have 2 non tinted quarter pop-out windows from a 74 Duster in good shape. I think the glass is the same for all years, just the latches are different for 70-72 models. I'm sure someone here will know for certain though.

[Found!] 4 speed console with brackets

I think AMD makes the console brackets. Getting the factory 4 speed console & needed special "spaghetti" shifter will be costly though. I have access to both & can get pics & price they want for them if interested.

Chrome paint pens to do chrome details on dash

I got Molotow chrome paint markers from Hobby Link. They are available in a few different widths. They work great for the trim edges around the bezels & gauges.

Chrome paint pens to do chrome details on dash

I use them on my 1/25 scale models. I'm pretty happy with the results I get. Shaking the pen to mix well & good flow are key though to good results.

Factory 1973 Swing Wheels and hubcaps?

I have seen those "wheel covers" on 70 & 71 Darts from the factory. They probably went to a new design in 72 & later Mopars. I also have it on good authority, that the things that hold the bullets in an auto/semi auto gun are called MAGIZINES, not clips. :usflag:

Factory 1973 Swing Wheels and hubcaps?

I'm pretty sure there were a couple different wheel/hub cap options available & even some dealer installed wheels on some cars, but the hub caps in the pics are the most popular ones. I do have 4 very nice ones If any interest.

    Abrasive Blaster

I'm pretty sure VHT has what you need, I just don't think any kind of abrasive blasting would be good for cleaning the block & heads. Hot tanking is the way to go. It's too bad that's not an option for you though.

    Abrasive Blaster

Clean it as best you can with a scrub brush & compressed air, prime w/self-etching primer & paint it. I would not use any kind of blasting material at all. It could get in spots that you may not see to remove. A good cleaning & self-etching primer should be plenty adequate for painting the block...

[WANTED] Duster Trunk lid & Bumper

I'm in S.E. Pa 19030 zip code, but I have a pretty decent trunk lid from a 74 Duster with only minor rust & couple small dents. $60 if you come & get it. I can PM more pics if any interest.

Rattle cans of interior door gloss black: available or custom aerosol can company?

You're correct. I remember now using a shop down the road that made the paint for the tops & bottoms of the inside door panels that were a shiny Burnt Orange but, it was in a spray can. It was a 70 Road Runner, but the steering column was a factory satin/flat Burnt Orange. I did not paint that...

Rattle cans of interior door gloss black: available or custom aerosol can company?

I've used Herb's interior paint, both gloss & satin colors & have been very happy with the outcome. It's been 3 years & still looks great. I did not prime anything but prepping the pieces well is a must.

440Source to release a complete aluminum 8 3/4" center section.

I hope it's a quality piece. 440 Source seems to be pretty good. I find it hard to believe someone hasn't reproduce this years ago. Maybe not enough interest?

Pretty certain DMT carries them, but I forget what they're called. Window regulator fasteners?

    Turn signal switch connector

As far as I know, the pick should go in from the side that the wires enter the connector, at least all the ones I've done.

    Weather strip question

I think a few places have the little white clips/pins you're looking for. Try Detroit Muscle Technoligies (DMT) first, they are very good to deal with. Year One & Classic Industries probably have them also. Just be careful removing them from the weatherstrip.

Increasing steering effort by cutting spring

Like AJ/FormS said, it's a trial thing. It takes some time to get it where you like & depends on some things like steering wheel diameter, (mine was the stock plain Jane Duster one) & tire size. I had the room & did this mod right on the car but again, again, it takes time to do. Draining the...

Increasing steering effort by cutting spring

I've used copper washers from disc brake line to calipers to make mine firmer, but this can only be done on Saginaw P/S pumps. I have never heard of cutting the spring down, certainly not on a Saginaw pump.

Does that wheel look a little funny to you?

Might as well spend the money & do both sides of the car. If that happens again on the right side, you may not be so lucky.

    shop truck dist

You could probably get an original re-built unit from "halifaxhops" on this forum. I would rather have factory stuff than poor quality aftermarket junk. The one you have may be OK but, I doubt it. I just got the info for a slant six that I have from this site. Right front block rail has engine...

    Trailer Registration

Just another way of the State to get money out of you. Seems like the money they're collecting isn't going to fixing up the roadways. Not in my area of Pa. anyway.
