Yes, it could be. I had the exact same problem with an aftermarket vent. My theory is that the spring the holds to vent closed is weak in the aftermarket vents. I purchased an NOS vent on E Bay, Mopar part number 4032798, make sure it is NOS. Also, put your car on the ground, no jack stands...
Factory Service Manual does not list different coils for Slant 6 versus V8. The 1.5 ohm coil and a 0.6 Ballast Resistor is the best match to the Factory Electronic Ignition set up.
I replaced my old wipers with these, they look good and very close to OEM. Trico 33-150 Classic Wiper Blade 15". These are sold at various places online or in Auto Parts stores.
Yep, launched a couple of the aftermarket dog dish redline caps. Silicone helped, along with cutting small grove for cap, but in the end I decided going naked was easier. Chrome lug nuts, thin red tape stripe and no more worries.
Look at post #23. The pictures attached to that post were taken with the hood closed and they show how the seal is seated against the underside of the hood. Also, I used cheap modeling clay stacked on top of the air cleaner lid to measure clearances. However, I did not cut out the "triangle"...
The new bracket looks to be stronger in the area where mine flexed (older bracket). I just looked at the Web site and they don't list the new bracket as a separate item for sale. Show them this thread, maybe you can shame them into sending you the new bracket for free.

Welcome. I was stationed at F.E. Warren from 1990 -1994. I had a 1973 Dart Sport 340 at the time and I helped stand up a local Mopar Club in Cheyenne called Wyoming Mighty Mopars. Does the club still exits? There were a couple really nice Cudas owned by some local dudes. We had a good mix...
Download a copy of the FSM for 1973 Dodge (or 1970), it shows the puller and how it attaches the column. Download FSM here: MyMopar - Mopar Forums & Information - Service Manuals
If you have removed the first snap ring and the three screws holding the column (it looks you have done this) then there is nothing holding the column together... except the bearing can be hard to get off of the steering shaft especially if it has been on there for 40 years. Yes, if you pull...

Yep, I'm running one of their older Pro Series 4150, purchased in 2008. I'm using it on my 408, and it's a street car, not a race car. I happy with it, very well set up, just give them all your specs.
Hey Kit (Dave),
I made good use of the 3D plot you sent. I used the file as a basis to build my own 3D Timing Tables for my current set up and to use as a tuning aid (another tool in the tool box). No fancy computer electronics on my Demon, just an old school set up that I like to tune.
