I have never had an HEI module fail on any of my GM cars. But, the first time I took my 68 Cuda out the chrome box died, switched to MSD 6AL no problems in 14 yrs.

    Headers vs. Manifolds

What kind of massaging of parts did you have to do? What motor mounts? It's tight, but they work.

    HEI conversion benefits

A GM module is basically a small MSD without multiple spark. You can mount it on the firewall ,fender ect. Lots of wiring diagrams on the web. It will eliminate the ballast resistor. All you need is a coil, a module and a heat sinc. Less than a $100. Spare module just in case. I doing 2 for my...

    Scammers!

Just tell them the price is adjusted for bidenflation and your finders fee. If they don't like your price they can move along.

Looking to purchase new Mopar electronic ignition box

He sells the hi-rev for $39 and the wiring kit also. Check it out. Or you could do the HEI conversion. HEI module a pc of aluminum for a heat sync and 4 wire connectors and still use the Accel coil.

12.6 to 13.2 WOT. I have never run a pv on the secondary. This is what I would do. 6.5 pv in the front only, 72 jet front,80 in the rear then test.

Now I HAVE TO get bucket seats, shifter won't work on bench seat

Yes you pull the lever for 2-3 shift. It becomes habit after you use it a few times.

    Intake coices

I wouldn't use an Air Gap on a daily driver in Canada. There was an LD 340 in the four sale section.

That's called a big radio! I still have my 18ft ground plane antenna stashed just in case. and 2 power supply convertors.

    Let’s talk CB radios

Radios of today will not reach out 15mi maybe 5 with a good antenna unless they tuned on a bench. That doesn't include the Strykers, Galaxies, Connexs and so on. I have a Stryker 447 and have $300 in it, but I drive a truck, so I use it a good bit.

    Let’s talk CB radios

If I were you and just looking for something to communicate every so often, I would buy a Uniden Pro 520 about $80 or so it's a very good radio. I wouldn't use a cheap lighter plug because it effects the performance of the radio, hard wire it with a quick plug. A magnet mount antenna will do a...
