    Vacuum motor grommet

My 70 Dart has the vacuum controls for ac/heater. I was wondering if anyone knows where to get the right grommet for the vacuum motor by the heater box. Mine ripped years ago and I put in a grommet from the hardware store that was loose. Then I sleeved the pushrod with a plastic drip hose to...

Pivot shaft to K-frame bushing fit

When you put the pivot shaft into the K-frame hole by itself loosely, how tight is the fit suppose to be? Is it zero play or tiny amount of play? I assume once you tighten the nut to 145lbs, you would think it would not matter. When I took my lower control arms outs, the pivot oval...

    Dart Gone Fishing

Hello! Yes thats my name. Dart Gone Fishing. I don't have the barracuda like Joe Pesci had in the movie. But the 1970 Dart tows the fishing boat pretty good and does make it to the lake! Right now I'm working on putting in new bushings as they are shot. Had the car for 22 years now. Dave
