yes they are milled to 62.5cc

yes the piston will be at zero deck height. the rest of the running gear is 3000 stall convertor, 3.89 gears, the heads have 2.02 inlets 1.60 exhaust, 27 inch tall tyres, body weight 3400 pound

and also can you get a head gasket thicker than 0.050 for the LA 360

what i do know is they flow a lot better than the heads on the engine now. .. the j cast got ported years ago..just want some sort of rough idea

also the j heads are suppose to flow at 520 hp at 500 thou lift thats all i was told..

i also usually put around 4.2 litres of oil in it. has a standard sump

the oil filter in australia is mounted upside down on the firewall as the steering box gets in the way on rhd vehicles here.. pulled off the timing cover to change the cam. Also the oil slinger is fitted...i think maybe the cam retaining bolts might have something to do with it as previously...
