We went again this year. It's sad to see the lots that used to be filled with cars is now just parking lots. Has changed a lot in the last 5 years. Seems to get a little smaller each year. Still have fun every year and love our Mopars, just makes me wonder what the next year will look like.

I forgot to add that after i smoothed it out at 2k... it was stumbling on the hit of throttle while cruising and was acting as if it was loading up. Which i guess it very well could have been.

Hey guy My 408 is having a bit of a miss. I had the initial timing set at about 12-14 but while driving at about 60 mph ( 2k RPM ) you can hear a miss. So I turned up the idle screw up to 2k and moved the timing till it smoothed out. Which made it at about 6-8. I running the vac advance...

so with the given info i have said, it correct that it more than likely the wrong damper? Guess i will need to order a new one.

come to think about it... i think the back side of the damper has a large mount of material off of it instead of small drill hole in it.

no i am not running ported. have tried both ways and no change. Maybe the vibration is still there at higher rpm but it just smoother because it faster. idk we are thinking it more like vac leak... but i think it could be the damper

i did get it from summit... that probably the problem there. It probable a externally balanced damper that they said was an internal.

It factory replacement brand but yes for an internally balanced 360. I not have a noise... it a full car jarring vibration.

Yes it is balanced. Got a stock style damper on it for a internally balanced 360 as well as the stock flex plate and torque converter off my 318.

It does not matter... park, neutral or in gear... just in the one rpm range just off idle
