    Magnum heads on a 85' 318

    #302 castings have 1.78" intakes IIRC. And FWIW, my #302's cc'd 57cc....magnums cc'd ~62 cc.

    302 swirl port heads on a 360

#302 heads on a 360 work great on the street. I've got a bone stock set on top of a very mild 360 (MP RV cam is the only mod) with a 850 TQ and the bottom end is crazy. However it's not your best choice if you want to rev. This is in a 4000 lb Diplomat, 2.94 SG rear, A904 trans, 245 tires...

    what smallblock intakes interchange?

As mentioned, all LA intakes will fit on all LA blocks. The only thing that might not interchange is the carb. Some of the LA intakes will not accept a spreadbore because when the huge secondary butterflies open they hit the intake.

    I agree. Swap the heads.

A Body Rack and Pinion Converison

Header clearance is one advantage I imagine. How many turns lock to lock on this setup?

    Need help with emissions...

I just looked at your requirements again.....those are pretty lax. If you find a shop to put your car on the sniffer, I bet you could tune it to pass without a cat.

    Need help with emissions...

Here is a log of what I went through to get my car passed in Ontario. The car itself is a '87 Diplomat, which means nothing really. It's a 360 with the MP .430"/.450" cam, #302 heads and a TQ. Also had the original catalytic converter on there......which might be a temporary option for you...

    front end kits

There is a sleeve in my '73 K-member. It stayed in the K-Frame when I pulled the strut rods out.

    Whats everone working on?

I'm new here. Cool site. Working on a '69 Valiant 2 dr post I picked up last September. So far I've yanked the /6 and 7.25", replaced about 40" of frame rail in the front, rebuilt the drivers shock tower, converted to 11.75" disks, replaced snapped driver side T-bar, replaced bent driver...

    front end kits

Yeah some of the above parts came in Moog boxes and others in TRW boxes so I'm sure they're the same. Prices above are Canadian dollars and there is no shipping. I do like Mancini too though.

    front end kits

I double checked to see what I paid. I was off a little. It was more like $450. Below is the list. Part Manufacturer Supplier reg price price paid Upper BJ ('76 Dart) Moog CTC Dundas $20 $40 Lower BJ ('76 Dart)...

Dart Fever, I see you're from Belmont. I got all the Moog stuff from the Canadian Tire on Dundas St in London for about $300 IIRC. For example I paid each $46 for LBJ's (regular $65). Watch the back page of the flyer and wait until they have a sale. Talk to John Aristone.

    Length of the rear end?

I agree. I recently put a 9" from a '66 T-bird under my '69 Valiant project. At 61.5" drum face to drum face, it's a little wider than a B body 8.75" but for $125 whaddya want? '05-'07 Bullitt rims fit nicely and the spring perches are only off 1/2".

    Length of the rear end?

Usually it does mean everything but sometimes you just can't find the right rear for your application. Especially when you're looking for heavy parts like a rear.....shipping is an issue so you tend to look locally. You might find a find a complete A body 8.75" but it might be a 2.75 open...

    Rearend Fit? - 72 Duster

Depends on what you mean by flange width, but the key is the backspace on rim. I know a fella that has a '67 B body housing in a '69 Valiant. This rear reportedly measures 59.5" between the drum faces. He says '94-'04 Mustang rims fit (8" rim, 5.7" back space, 275/45/17 tire). In my '69...
