    Axle rotation

Thanks. Yah I think I'll order a new set of springs from ESPO. These have been a nightmare. Definitely addressing the rust also. Housing came from Moser with perches set at stock pinion angle. 8 3/4 Mopar Fabricated Housing & Axle Package - Moser Engineering Nope, I'm not an expert mechanic...

Yah. That is with weight on the ground.

    Axle rotation

Yah. Im addressing that also. I started working on the frame to get rid of it. There is some surface rust that came back where the bare metal from the work was exposed. The picture makes it look worse than it is.

    Axle rotation

I bought them from another guy who had a Barracuda also...I looked up the number and other people seemed to have installed these in A bodies before so I thought it would be OK. Its just not right though and has taken me so much time to fit. It doesn't seem like they are long enough either...

    Axle rotation

Yah...I might just get new springs. Seems like they F-ing everything up.

    Axle rotation

I'll take a look at that. It's just so much higher than I thought it would be. This pic is with the lowering blocks.

    Axle rotation

Do the springs look like they are backward or no?

Ok thanks. The Right Stuff brake instructions are not so great.

    Axle rotation

Installing a new rear end and super stock springs in a 67 Barracuda. The axle seems to be rotated so its higher in the front than the rear. Shouldn't it be the other way? Did I somehow install the springs backward? It doesn't seem right.

    Rear end swap

    I'll give that a try.

    Rear end swap

So of I went with something like this then how would I plumb that? I guess something like a stainless flex fuel line out the top to a bulkhead fitting where it goes through the floor of the trunk and at that point it switches to a rigid line going forward? Jaz Products Pro Sport Fuel Cells...

    Rear end swap

275 60R15. I dont think I would want to go much smaller than that. Yah...diff is big. I think maybe best to just take the fuel tank out and get a fuel cell. The diff fluid filler will probably always be a problem to get to unless I go that route.

    Rear end swap

Maybe I have the wrong springs? They also are very high even with the lowering blocks. The shock is not fully attached of course. Its just dangling for now basically as I'm test fitting everything.

    Rear end swap

    Rear end swap

They are new super stock springs.

    Rear end swap

I have super stock springs. Yep. They are on the dimple. Had to shim the whole axle backwards. The tire was rubbing on the front of the wheel well when I first installed it.

    Rear end swap

So I took the original 7 1/4 rear end of of my 67 Barracuda and am putting in a Moser fabricated 8 3/4 rear end. After centering the wheels the diff housing is only like 1 or 2 cm from the gas tank. I know the gas tank is not the original but as far as I can tell it looks to be stock size...

    Wheel location

Right. Yah....I'm getting the rear end narrowed. Im talking about moving the wheel further to the back of the car.

    Wheel location

So I took the old rear end and suspension out. Put in an 8 3/4 with super stock springs and new Mancini spring brackets and 2" lowering blocks. Wheel is like 1/4" to the front of the wheel well. The other side is a little better... maybe 1/2" to the front wheel well. How do I go about moving...

    Fuel sending unit

I've got 2 issues I need some advice with. 1. I have a 67 barracuda. Fuel sending unit is bad and needs to be replaced. The replacement units look like they have a fuel return line on them for 1967. Mine doesn't look like it has a return.... so Im at a loss on what I need to buy to make...

    Rocker Decision

The machine shop I went to for my valve job and head work told me they wouldn't recommend any more lift than this cam offers unless I upgraded the valvetrain.

    Rocker Decision

So I'm building my 360 and have two sets of rockers laying around to choose from for my build. Car is a 67 Barracuda I'm building mostly as a street car. Building a stroker engine. Should I go with the Chinese made roller rockers or the crane ductile iron rockers? I'm having a hard time...
