If I had to guess the dana60 complete is about 250-300 lbs. I carried it across my garage and installed it myself. Didn't weigh it but its right around there that's with disc calipers and stainless axles

I would go with a 60 or the 8 3/4 either one will be able to handle future mods . might cost extra now but you won't have to do it twice!

I just put a strange 60 in my dart full bolt in 4 piston calipers slotted rotors 35 spline axles a little costly but worth every penny. There is also a picture of the 7 1/4 I took out of the car if yours looks like that you've got a 7 1/4

Didn't go to my 20th this summer ,was hanging out with the ones from school that matter working on the dart in the garage. Reunion enough for me. Almost got it together enough for test drive.

I just bought a complete Strange 60 with the pro series disc and 4 piston caliper setup . starting from the ground up . I know they make high quality products I'll see how it works soon hopefully. Just got my 340 put back together today. Waiting on tranny.
